United to empower and inspire each child to embrace their unique abilities, celebrate diversity, and embark on a remarkable journey of learning, movement, and harmonious melodies.

B O O K I N G S

We are delighted to share that our Go! London Project continues to make excellent progress, engaging an increasing number of children, young people, and adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and other additional needs across Richmond, Wandsworth, and Hounslow.

Since the start of the project, 51 participants have joined our inclusive sports and physical activity sessions, demonstrating the growing demand for accessible opportunities that promote health, wellbeing, confidence, and social connection.

Through a variety of adapted activities, participants have been able to develop new skills, build friendships, increase their physical activity levels, and enjoy positive experiences in a welcoming and supportive environment. Families have also reported improvements in confidence, communication, and overall wellbeing.

We would like to thank Go! London, our partners, participants, families, coaches, and volunteers for helping make this project such a success. We look forward to welcoming even more participants as the programme continues to expand and strengthen communities across London.

Official Visit: Munira Wilson MP Joins SEN Unity’s Chair Aerobics Programme

We were honoured to welcome Munira Wilson MP to our Chair Aerobics session at the All-in-One Hub, Twickenham United Reformed Church, supporting homeless and vulnerable adults across Richmond and the surrounding areas. Her visit was a meaningful recognition of the importance of inclusive wellbeing activities within community support services. Munira Wilson MP joined the session, engaged warmly with participants, and witnessed first-hand how chair-based movement can uplift mood, encourage social connection, and restore dignity through positive, accessible physical activity. As her Cabinet shared, “Chair Aerobics was clearly enjoyed by all,” highlighting how this simple but powerful session contributes to improving both physical and emotional wellbeing for those facing hardship.
