At SEN Unity, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to explore, play, learn and make lasting memories. Throughout our FUEL and HAF holiday programmes, children and young people have enjoyed a wide range of exciting, inclusive and accessible activities designed to build confidence, develop new skills and encourage friendships.

Some of the fantastic activities we have offered include:

  • Bubble Football – a fun-filled team game that encourages laughter, teamwork and physical activity.
  • Tandem Bike Rides – enabling children and young people of all abilities to enjoy cycling and explore local parks and green spaces.
  • Archery – helping participants develop focus, coordination and confidence while learning a new skill.
  • Outdoor Climbing – supporting children to challenge themselves, overcome fears and celebrate personal achievements.
  • Cricket – introducing participants to batting, bowling and fielding through fun and inclusive games.
  • Gymnastics – promoting balance, strength, flexibility and body awareness in a supportive environment.
  • Forest School Adventures – exploring nature, building dens, discovering wildlife and developing outdoor learning skills.
  • Tennis and Pickleball – improving coordination, communication and teamwork while having fun.
  • Kin-Ball and Team Sports – encouraging cooperation, problem-solving and positive social interaction.
  • Arts, Crafts and Creative Activities – allowing children to express themselves, develop creativity and take pride in their achievements.
  • Nature Walks and Outdoor Exploration – helping participants connect with the environment while staying active and healthy.

Our programmes are designed to be inclusive for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring that everyone can participate at their own pace and experience success.

Most importantly, our activities help children build friendships, increase confidence, develop independence and create happy memories during the school holidays.
