We were honoured to welcome Munira Wilson MP to our Chair Aerobics session at the All-in-One Hub, Twickenham United Reformed Church, supporting homeless and vulnerable adults across Richmond and the surrounding areas. Her visit was a meaningful recognition of the importance of inclusive wellbeing activities within community support services.

Munira Wilson MP joined the session, engaged warmly with participants, and witnessed first-hand how chair-based movement can uplift mood, encourage social connection, and restore dignity through positive, accessible physical activity. As her Cabinet shared, “Chair Aerobics was clearly enjoyed by all,” highlighting how this simple but powerful session contributes to improving both physical and emotional wellbeing for those facing hardship.
