We are excited to announce the launch of the Golden Active Programme, funded by Westminster City Council Ward Budget, which supports adapted sports activities at three Sheltered Housing Associations. We have already begun sessions at Rayne House and Devonshire House, contributing to the well-being and quality of life of local residents.
We warmly invite residents in the W2 and W9 areas, aged 65 and over, to join us for engaging activities such as sitting aerobics, remedial gymnastics, boccia, and walking tennis.
